Footage of GTA 6 shows the player standing next to a dog with an interaction prompt on screen. The options shown are:

PromptButton shown (PlayStation)
ScoldCircle
PetTriangle
StudyR1

What we know

  • The prompt appears when the player is close to a dog.
  • Pet, Scold and Study are all listed as separate actions.

What we don’t know yet

  • What Study does (for example, whether it fills in a wildlife log).
  • Whether this works with every dog, or only certain ones.

We’ll check this in the released game on 19 November and update this page with exact steps.
